We developed a shopper marketing strategy to drive penetration to mass market for Nivea across 5 countries (including South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana & Mozambique) and multiple platforms, localised to each market. Our strategy included a mobile activation focused on traditional trade/wholesalers/traders/consumers in compounds. Strategy and creative was developed by Triple Eight Africa and executed by Triple Eight teams in each country. Top influencers from each country drove our localised campaign messaging online.

Results attained were exceptional and Nivea have reported exceptional impact on sales, however numbers are confidential.
