We developed the Sunlight “A Little Goes A Long Way” campaign to create long term brand loyalty by showing that Sunlight is a brand that cares. Sunlight hosted an upskilling workshop aimed at women in the community that lack the support, resources and opportunities to extend their skills and achieve their goals. Over 300 women benefitted from our programme and 70% launched small businesses in their communities.
We drove sales through an exciting, engaging, interactive and educational activation and amplified the “A little Goes A Long Way” concept by integrating our product education channels with our social mission. We achieved over 200% uplift in 2018 for the Sunlight brand sales and the campaign was awarded as Unilever AFRICA’s top performing social media campaign of the year. PR KPIs were exceeded by 106%.
