DStv403: SA’s first WhatsApp mathbot wins big

Designed by Joburg digital marketing agency Triple Eight in conjunction with Nestle, mathbot Nessie was born. It was recognised at New York’s Shorty Awards, which are often seen as the Oscars of the digital world. Sally Burdett speaks to Sarika Modi, CEO of Triple Eight.
